The CDC and HHS Are Planning for Mass Casualties in the United States

I am presently vacationing at Ground Zero, the location of the greatest pandemic threat in American history and it is all related to unscreened immigrants.

I am reading and watching the local news and gathering information in a manner that most across the country are not seeing because of the national censorship in the MSM. This week alone, I have referenced related immigration stories from San Diego’s Channel 5, 10 and 15. When contrasted to the national media, the crickets are chirping.

What I have learned from these local reports is that sick and diseased immigrants are being placed in the general population of the United States. I have also learned that there is a conspiracy of silence associated with DHS and HHS and what they are forcing the Border Patrol to do with these new immigrants. There is also a Gestapo and East German Stasi mentality that is permeating this series of events. And since I am invoking German parallels, let’s add in a Reichstag false flag moment as well. These events and what is to follow have been carefully planned for and the evidence trail goes back almost five years. Along these same lines, the CDC and HHS have tipped their hand and are plainly telling the American public what is coming and how we are all at risk.

How a Pandemic Gets Started

Late last week, at approximately 1AM, a busload of illegal immigrants pulled out of the Chula Vista checkpoint and onto a local San Diego freeway. There were two Border Patrol agents sitting behind the driver wearing surgical masks. A San Diego 10News vehicle tried to follow the bus onto the freeway, but Border Patrol SUVs blocked the entrance to the freeway. We now are finding out that 10 people were transported to local hospitals in the San Diego area for treatment of such ANNOUNCED maladies as scabies and head lice (This Sunday evening, from 11pm-Midnight, Central, I am interviewing Barb Peterson as she will be describing how scabies can be used to transmit far more serious illnesses).

This official Border Patrol admission marks the first time that the American people had official confirmation that sick and diseased illegal immigrants are being knowingly and purposely being moved into the general population of the United States. An American child, who is in the hospital to have their tonsils removed. along with his visiting parents, attending nurses and physicians, may unwittingly become carriers for a for more serious illness with the potential to rip through the general population as a result of these irresponsible actions which are placing all of us at risk.

Border Patrol union representative, Ron Zermeno, told San Diego 10News the influx of detained undocumented immigrants pose a significant risk to the health of agents as well as national security as a whole.

FOX News Has a Rare Moment of Clarity

Todd Starnes, FOX News contributor and talk show host, has interviewed unidentified sources including doctors, nurses and counselors who say that while working with the new illegal immigrants at the Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX., and he found that these civilian employees are being threatened, by the East German Stasi contingent of the Department of Homeland Security, with prison if they report how bad the health conditions are and how much at risk the American public is being placed under.

Here is an excerpt from the Starnes report:

“We have so many kids coming in that there was no way to control all of the sickness – all this stuff coming into the country,” she (an unidentified nurse) said. “We were very concerned at one point about strep going around the base.”

Both the counselor and the nurse said their superiors tried to cover up the extent of the illnesses.

“When they found out the kids had scabies, the charge nurse was adamant – ‘Don’t mention that. Don’t say scabies,’” the nurse recounted. “But everybody knew they had scabies. Some of the workers were very concerned about touching things and picking things up. They asked if they should be concerned, but they were told don’t worry about it.”

The Starnes report issued an ominous warning:

“My sources say Americans should be very concerned about the secrecy of the government camps.”

Key Arizona Officials Speak Out

While appearing on Hannity, Sheriff Joe Arpaio stated that the border patrol crisis is a deliberate ploy designed to force amnesty. I would suggest to Arpaio that with the definitive spread of illnesses among this population, there may be a much more sinister possibility such as the one that one of Arizona’s most prominent physicians, Dr. Jane Orient spoke of when I interviewed her 10 days ago. Dr. Orient used words such as “collusion” and “bioweapons attack” during the course of our conversation. Dr. Orient expressed concern that the Border Patrol is being threatened with prosecution for speaking out about the looming health crisis. Further, she stated that the Border Patrol has taken on casualties as a result of their close contact with immigrants as they have one confirmed case of drug resistant TB and a multiple cases of Border Patrol agents contracting scabies, which could carry very serious diseases and viruses. Dr. Orient is also appearing on the aforementioned, July 13th show from 9-10pm. The show can be accessed here by clicking on the “listen” icon in the upper right hand corner.

Where Is All This Headed?

Also appearing on this week’s talk show is Alana Cook, who first brought to my attention a memo from the Health and Human Services (HHS) as administered by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in which it is abundantly clear that the CDC is planning for mass casualties. By the way, it was HHS that denied Congressman Bridenstine entry into Ft. Sill to see what going on with illegal immigrant children in a story that appeared in this column, yesterday.

The date of the memo is July 1, 2014 and this makes the timing of this release, with regard to the above reported events, a little more than coincidental.

HHS has awarded more than $840 million to continue improving emergency preparedness of state and local public health and health care systems. HHS claims that these health systems are vital to protecting health and saving lives during a disaster. “The programs provide resources needed to ensure that local communities can respond effectively to infectious disease outbreaks, natural disasters, or chemical, biological, or radiological nuclear events”. With regard to the infectious disease outbreaks, HHS and the CDC are a day late and a dollar short. The damage has already been done.

This Has Been Planned for Long Time

In early 2009, the News Director for The Common Sense Show, reported the following events on a broadcast of The Common Sense Show which applies to the story at hand.

From the Daily Newscaster inside sources reveals that FEMA & DHS are preparing for mass graves and martial law near Chicago:

• In late December 2008 municipal officials were invited to Indianapolis for a briefing on the state of Indiana. There were told if industry were to collapse for example GM going bankrupt resulting in mass unemployment, that a depression would soon follow and municipalities could expect to loose 40% of their funds.

• Every county in the nation would be required to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Plan.

• The county should prepare a plan to vaccinate the entire population within 48 hours and practice the plan several times.

• FEMA inquired to where mass graves could be placed in the county and would they accept bodies from elsewhere.

• The sheriff’s department via the state sheriff association was told that no .223 ammunition rounds would be available as the military would be purchasing all stocks.

• The county was asked to make plans for “hardening” of police and fire stations, putting in hardened bunker type buildings around town.

• The county was asked to make plans for the possibility of up to 400,000 refugees from Chicago

At about the same time, Infowars reported the same kind of observations in Houston, Texas and later in Phoenix, AZ.

Sherrie Wilcox went looking for FEMA Camps and found this outside of Atlanta, Georgia.

What is being reported here is the fulfillment of a long-standing plan.

Conclusion

Last week, it was revealed in this column that the government was advertising for “escorts” in order to bring unaccompanied illegal alien minors across the border. The date of this advertisement was January, 2014, seven months ago. It was also reported that there are multiple sightings of UN vehicles in our country. It was also reported here that the UN has been advertising for the position of “resettlement officers who are experienced in gun confiscation”.

When we look at the posed health risks by this “sudden” influx of illegal aliens, along with the evidence of the planning for mass casualties dating back at least 5 years ago and more evidence that this planning and funding is still ongoing, the conclusions are not hard to reach.

Now that Israel seems intent on invading Syria and the UN trucks are on the move near Brownsville, TX., as of this writing, perhaps some serious dot connecting is in order and that will be the topic of the next installment in this series.

Report: FBI Tried to Recruit Boston Bomber

Lawyers for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings, say contact with the FBI may have been a 'precipitating event' to the bombings last April. hree days after an FBI agent was cleared of wrongdoing in the bizarre killing of an associate of slain Boston bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, lawyers for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the only surviving bombing suspect, alleged that the FBI attempted to recruit the elder Tsarnaev as an informant.

In court filings on Friday, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s defense team said that new information suggests the FBI interviewed Tamerlan on several occasions before the attack, and even pressured him to surreptitiously report on the Chechen underworld. Lawyers are seeking more information from the agency in order to formulate a death penalty defense that points to Tamerlan as the ideological ringleader of the attack.

“We do not suggest that these contacts are to be blamed and have no evidence to suggest that they were improper, but rather view them as an important part of the story of Tamerlan’s decline,” defense attorney David Bruck wrote. “Since Tamerlan is dead, the government is the source of corroboration that these visits did in fact occur and of what was said during them.”

Mr. Bruck suggested that Tamerlan Tsarnaev could have misread the agency’s intentions, which may have “increased his paranoia and distress.”

Dzhokhar, who is now 20, was injured and captured and his brother killed following a four-day manhunt after the twin explosions near the finish line of the Boston Marathon almost a year ago. He has pleaded not guilty to a 30-count indictment for his alleged role in an event that killed three people and injured more than 260. Prosecutors will seek the death penalty if he is convicted at a trial now set for November.

Given those stakes, defense attorneys say they want any evidence the FBI has that could show the elder Tsarnaev “supplied the motivation, planning and ideology” behind the attack, and that his younger brother “acted under his domination and control.”

The evidence, he argued, will be used “as building blocks of the defendant’s affirmative case for life.”

The FBI has not yet responded to the request.

Meanwhile, the Bureau has continued to emphatically state that it didn’t know the identities of the two suspected bombers until they were fingerprinted, and have denied any involvement with the brothers aside from following up on a tip from a Russian emissary that the elder Tsarnaev may have been seeking jihad.

“To be absolutely clear: No one was surveilling the Tsarnaevs, and they were not identified until after the shootout,” the FBI said in an Oct. 23 press release, following news reports suggesting agents had actually kept close tabs on the brothers. “Any claims to the contrary are false.”

But such denials, critics say, are complicated by the agency’s famously insular and secretive culture. The New York Times reported last year, for example, that out of 150 cases where suspects have been killed or injured by FBI agents since 1993, no agent has ever been charged with wrongdoing. Such statistics “raise red flags” about the Bureau’s integrity, says David Rudovsky at the University of Philadelphia Law School, coauthor of “Police Misconduct: Law and Litigation.”

In the case of Ibragim Todashev, who allegedly took part with Tamerlan in a robbery turned triple-homicide in Waltham, in 2011, family members have also stated that FBI pressure may have pushed the 20-something ethnic Chechen and mixed martial arts fighter to the brink of violence.

According to a Florida state prosecutor’s report that cleared an FBI agent of wrongdoing, Mr. Todashev was killed by the agent after a five hour interview in a hot Orlando apartment, and after Todashev attacked the agent and a police officer with a “pole of some kind.”

It’s not clear whether Todashev was in official FBI custody at the time of his death, but he had begun to write a confession to his role in the triple homicide and was not handcuffed. The report on the shooting, however, suggests that Todashev became agitated as it became clear that he may be facing arrest and prison time. The report also said Todashev had a chance to flee the apartment, but instead chose to fight.

Todashev’s father, meanwhile, says he believes the FBI tortured and killed his son in order to cover up the agency’s involvement. Todashev’s friends have told reports that FBI agents hounded Todashev constantly after the marathon bombing.

Since the terrorist attacks of 9/11, the Bureau has stepped up surveillance of specific racial, ethnic and religious communities, including the use of informants. The tactics have led to dozens of foiled attacks, but has also left the Bureau open to charges of entrapment, not to mention assorted Internet conspiracy theories.

Part of those post-9/11 tactics are the use of “voluntary interviews … often encouraging interviewees to serve as informants in their communities,” writes the American Civil Liberties Union.

In a report last week, the House Committee on Homeland Security suggested that missed leads and failures to connect dots may have kept agents from foiling the marathon attack. But Congress did not assign any specific blame or fault to any of the country’s intelligence agencies, including the FBI, for failure to stop the bombings.

DHS Insider: “Preparations Have Been Finalized to Respond to a Crisis of Unprecedented Magnitude Within the United States”

Editor’s Note: One of the questions oft asked in alternative news circles is why, if elements within the U.S. government intend to collapse our economy and implement martial law, no one within these circles has spoken out. DHS insider gives final warning

  Under the cover and amid the distraction of the Christmas bustle, I had my last “official” contact with a source inside the Department of Homeland Security known as “Rosebud” in my writings. My source is leaving his position, retiring along with numerous others choosing to leave this bureaucratic monstrosity. For this contact, my source took unprecedented measures to be certain that our contact was far off the radar of prying government eyes and ears. I was stunned at the lengths he employed, and even found myself somewhat annoyed by the inconvenience that his cloak-and-dagger approach caused. It was necessary, according to my source, because all department heads under FEMA and DHS are under orders to identify anyone disclosing any information for termination and potential criminal prosecution.

“DHS is like a prison environment, complete with prison snitches,” he said, referring to the search for leaks and leakers. And the warden is obsessed. Ask anyone in DHS. No one trusts anyone else and whatever sources might be left are shutting up. The threats that have been made far exceed anything I’ve ever seen. Good people are afraid for their lives and the lives of their families. We’ve all been threatened. They see the writing on the wall and are leaving. It’s not a joke and not hype.”

The following is a narrative from my source, prefaced with the instructions to “take it or leave it,” and “disregard it at your own peril.” He added that it’s now up to each American to act on the information themselves or suffer the consequences. “I’ve resigned myself to the fact that most [Americans] will never be convinced of the reality that is taking place right in front of them.”

 The plan explained

“According to every internal document I’ve seen and read, and from the few people I’ve spoken with who understand what’s going on, preparations have been finalized to respond to a crisis of unprecedented magnitude within the United States. The response will include the use of lethal force against U.S. citizens under the instructions of Barack Obama.” But why?

“‘It’s the economy, stupid,’” he began, paraphrasing a campaign slogan coined by James Carville for Bill Clinton’s 1992 campaign. ”Just as I disclosed in our first meeting, the crisis will be rooted in an economic collapse. I told you last year, at a time when gold and silver were setting record highs, one specific indicator that time is very short. It is the final ‘smack down’ of the metals, gold and silver, that will presage the orchestrated economic collapse that is being planned by the bankers of Wall Street. Everybody needs to understand that this is a deliberate collapse of the U.S. economy with the oversight of the White House and the full knowledge of the Justice Department. Everyone seems to be waiting for some big, history making event that will signal the start of the collapse. The fact is that the collapse has already started. It’s incremental, like a snowball rolling down a hill. It gets bigger and rolls faster. Well, this snowball is well on its way down the hill.”

“I don’t mean to sound repetitive, by I can’t stress this enough. Contrary to what you hear, we’re already in an economic collapse, except that most people haven’t a clue. The ‘big bang’ comes at the end, when people they wake up one morning and can’t log in to their bank accounts, can’t use their ATM cards, and find out that their private pension funds and other assets have been confiscated,” he stated.

“I’ve seen documentation of multiple scenarios created outside of DHS. Different plans and back-up plans. Also, please understand that I deliberately used the word ‘created,’ as this is a completely manufactured event. In the end it won’t be presented that way, which is extremely important for everyone to understand. What is coming will be blamed on some unforeseen event out of everyone’s control, that few saw coming or thought would actually happen. Then, another event will take place concurrent with this event, or immediately after it, to confuse and compound an already explosive situation.” I asked for specifics.

“As I said, there are several scenarios and I don’t know them all. I know one calls for a cyber-attack by an external threat, which will then be compounded by something far removed from everyone’s own radar. But it’s all a ruse, or a pretext. The threat is from within,” he stated. “Before people can regain their footing, a second event will be triggered.” Again, I asked for specifics.

“I’ve seen one operational plan that refers to the federal government’s response to a significant terrorist attack on U.S. soil. Information at these levels is compartmentalized. I don’t have specifics, just plans for the response. The response will be controls and restrictions on travel, business, and every aspect of our lives, especially gun ownership and speech that incites people against the government. I guess some people would call it Martial Law, and they would not be incorrect. But understand that this will be a process deployed in stages. How quickly of a process remains to be seen.”

The mechanics explained

As I said, people continue to look for something big to happen first, followed by a militaristic response by the federal government against U.S. citizens. Based on what I’ve seen, I don’t believe it will happen this way, although there is one unthinkable exception. That exception would involve a ‘decapitation’ of our leadership, but I’ve seen nothing even remotely suggestive of that. But I’ve heard and even read articles where that is mentioned. Frankly, though, that’s always been a threat. I suppose that if the leadership is deemed useless, or becomes a liability to the larger agenda in some manner, it could happen. The precedent exists. Let’s pray that it’s not the case now.”

“I don’t think anyone except the initiated few know the precise series of events or the exact timing, just a general overview and an equally general time period. I think we’re in that period now, as DHS has their planned responses finalized. Also, the metals are important because it’s real money, not Ponzi fiat currency. The U.S. has no inventory of gold, so the prices are manipulated down to cause a sell-off of the physical assets. China is on a buying spree of gold, and other countries want their inventory back. The very people causing the prices to drop are the ones who are also buying the metals at fire sale prices. They will emerge extremely wealthy when the prices rise after the U.S. currency becomes wallpaper. A little research will identify who these people and organizations are.”

“I’d like to add a bit of perspective that might help explain the events as I described. Do you remember former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld announcing that the Pentagon was unable to account for $2.3 trillion in the defense budget? That was on September 10, 2001, the day before the attacks of 9/11. Some suggest that 9/11 was orchestrated, in part to cover up the missing money, which is ludicrous. The result, however, was that suddenly the accounting issue took a back seat because of the attacks. The result will be the same. That’s a perfect example of the mechanics of what we are about to experience. It’s going to take years to sort out, and when it’s finally sorted out, the damage will have long been done.”

“Please note a few final things. The relationship that exists between DHS today and the executive branch is well beyond alarming. DHS and other organizations have become the private army of the Oval Office. The NSA, and I’ve got contacts there, is taking orders from the Oval Office. The IRS is under the virtual control of the Oval Office in a manner that would make Nixon cower. Even though all roads appear to lead to the Oval Office, they lead through the Oval Office. It’s not just Obama, but the men behind him, the people who put him there. The people who put him there are the ones who created him.” I asked who created him.

“First, ask yourself why there was such an all out effort to marginalize anyone talking about Obama’s eligibility in 2008. Even so-called conservatives pundits fell for the lie that such questions were nothing more than a diversion. They were following a specific drumbeat. That should tell every rational adult that he is a creation of the globalists who have no allegiance to any political party. He is the product of decades of planning, made for this very time in our history. He was selected to oversee the events I just disclosed. Who has that ability? He’s a product of our own intelligence agencies working with the globalists. He should be exhibit ‘A’ to illustrate the need to enforce the Logan Act. Need I say more?”

As often said by another of my sources, the U.S. is a captured operation. The lie is bigger than most people realize or are willing to confront. That is, until there is no other option. By then, it might be too late.

Seattle Has Been Taken Over By The Department Of Homeland Security

I’m writing to you today to bring light to share with you some curious things I noticed this weekend. In order to put them into perspective, I must let you know a little about myself.  I was born in Seattle Washington and moved to Missoula Montana in July of 2001.  I still have friends in Seattle and I go there to visit yearly.

I went last year and observed a lot of peculiar infrastructure put in place, but nothing more noteworthy than the extremely sophisticated camera systems on the state borders.  This year I witnessed significantly more, a deterioration into an Orwellian setting that I never could have imagined. Seattle is now informally under Federal Control.  Whether the local police and sheriff’s departments know it or not, they are being groomed to relinquish control to the Department of Homeland Security, it would appear that vast amounts of resources are being placed inside the city on standby.  I would have gladly taken more pictures, but given the circumstances, which I will explain later, I was unable to.

Picture 1.  What you see here first, is a homeless man who got drunk and took a dive into the concrete.  What you can’t see to the left of the picture by the arrow, are 3 Department of Homeland Security vehicles which I will show later.  That’s right, our counter terrorist force is responding to domestic disturbances.

Shown in the red oval, is a DHS operative,  clearly displaying “POLICE” on the back of his type III-A body armor.  A clear difference compared to the domestic officer pictured in the green oval, who is wearing the typical type II armor.  Also, observe his badges and identification obviously present on his left shoulder – clearly absent on the DHS official.

Picture 2.  Shown here are 2 DHS vehicles which are portrayed as standard police vehicles, but upon closer observation are shown to be Federal Agents, and this is where things got uncomfortable.

After taking these photos, the two DHS vehicles began to follow us down the block, circling the block several times that we were walking on and then slowing to a creep while passing us while they stared us down.  The close up photo was taken on their second pass.  This made my girlfriend very intimidated and unhappy, and I began to take less obvious pictures of them since we were on vacation, and this trip was about relaxing, but I was too puzzled by their blatantly  overwhelming presence.

These vehicles are EVERYWHERE in Seattle, making rounds on any particular block about every 10 minutes, driving in caravans as long as 6 vehicles, but mostly in twos and threes, and always in an aggressive fashion.  Speeding, sudden stops, unnecessary acceleration, and clear traffic violations.  The frequency with which I observed these actions while eating a long lunch in a local restaurant as well as while walking through the streets was startling.  I would say it might be a training exercise if it weren’t for their interaction in insignificant events like drunk bums and medical emergencies.

Picture 3.  The third photo shows another obscure medical emergency with 3 DHS vehicles present.  2 vehicles are obvious, the third is behind the white truck.  Once again, our counter terrorist force is responding to heart attacks or whatever else might be happening in this photo, which took one ambulance and one stretcher, Clearly a minor medical emergency. Are the 1.6 billion rounds starting to make more sense now?  they’re grooming and placing assets where they need them first.  Ever heard of the massacre at Hue, south Vietnam? on January 31st of 1968, the N. Vietnamese were able to go inside this city in the early hours of the morning and execute every single South Vietnam sympathizer without error. in one night they were able to pinpoint every household where they lived, pull them out and kill them.  at the time this seamed improbable, how could they organize this? informants, data systems, and useful idiots that thought something like that could never happen. And then it happened.  With the internet, Facebook, and other electronic resources in place, and others being put in place, I think it’s pretty clear what is going on, get ready Patriots, we’re in for the long haul.

New Homeland Security Laser Scanner Reads People At Molecular Level

The Department of Homeland Security will soon be using a laser at airports that can detect everything about you from over 160-feet away.

Gizmodo reports a scanner that could read people at the molecular level has been invented. This laser-based scanner – which can be used 164-feet away — could read everything from a person’s adrenaline levels, to traces of gun powder on a person’s clothes, to illegal substances — and it can all be done without a physical search. It also could be used on multiple people at a time, eliminating random searches at airports.

The laser-based scanner is expected to be used in airports as soon as 2013, Gizmodo reports.

The scanner is called the Picosecond Programmable Laser. The device works by blasting its target with lasers which vibrate molecules that are then read by the machine that determine what substances a person has been exposed to. This could be Semtex explosives to the bacon and egg sandwich they had for breakfast that morning.

The inventor of this invasive technology is Genia Photonics. Active since 2009, they hold 30 patents on laser technology designed for scanning. In 2011, they formed a partnership with In-Q-Tel, a company chartered by the CIA and Congress to build “a bridge between the Agency and a new set of technology innovators.”

Genia Photonics wouldn’t be the only ones with similar technology as George Washington University developed something similar in 2008, according to Gizmodo. The Russians also developed something akin to the Picosecond Programmable laser. The creators of that scanner claim that “it is even able to detect traces of explosives left by fingerprints.”

But what makes Genia Photonics’ version so special is that the machine is more compact compared to the other devices and can still maintain its incredible range.

Seattle police plan to deploy spy drones

The rainy skies of Seattle are likely to soon be a whole lot drearier. The FAA has approved the local police department to start using surveillance drones for law enforcement, but protesters are making it clear that they're willing to put up a fight. The Seattle Police Department displayed a small unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) on Thursday that they intend on using soon to monitor criminal activity across the city, but opponents of drone use came out in droves to protest the proposed plans. The SPD is one of only law enforcement agencies given the go-ahead by the Federal Administration Agency to show officers the ins-and-outs of UAVs, and the department hopes that soon they will be able to save lives and make the city more secure by actually deploying drones across town.

So far the department has already outlined an operations manual that they hope they’ll have a chance to adhere to soon, describing in detail how they hope to install an unmanned aerial system across the city to help photograph crime scenes, conduct search and rescue missions, monitor traffic accidents and even aid with natural disaster responses. Putting an extra set of police eyes — remote-controlled ones, at that — has put a fair share of Seattle residents ill at ease, though.

"We are not going to tolerate this in our city. This is unacceptable," anti-drone advocate Emma Kaplan told Assistant Chief Paul McDonagh at Thursday’s unveiling.

The Seattle Times says another protester in attendance, identified as General Malaise, said, "We don't trust you with the weapons you do have,” let alone new ones that are still being developed.

According to the paper, Thursday’s community meeting held to identify the public opinion of the program “was taken over by protesters,” leaving McDonagh with only a small chunk of time to talk about his plans.

The city says they have no intent on using UAVs for any unlawful surveillance purposes, but the bad wrap drones have received as of late — made only worse with military versions of the drones overseas executing as many as hundreds of civilians in recent years — has left Seattle residents saying they have good reason to oppose domestic use.

Even if unarmed, drones are a cause of big concern for some. The Seattle Police Department says they have every intent “to make reasonable effort to not invade a person’s reasonable expectation of privacy,” and that never will any police drones “supersede the issuance of a warrant when needed.”

“UAS operators and observers will ensure and will be held accountable for ensuring that operations of the UAS intrude to a minimal extent upon the citizens of Seattle,” the drafted operations manual reads.

As the technology is still being tested, though, opponents say it’s not clear what the department could be able to get away with.

"The ways that they say they can use the drones is too broad," ACLU of Washington Deputy Director Jennifer Shaw tells the Seattle Times. "They have a list of different emergencies and then a catchall phrase saying the drones can also be used in other situations if they get permission."

Even what isn’t outlined, she says, could eventually be added.

"So long as it is a policy, it can be changed. An ordinance cannot be changed at will and is the only way we can be sure there is meaningful input," she said.

Earlier this month, the Sherriff of Alameda County, California asked the US Department of Homeland Security for as much as $100,000 in funding so he could add a drone to his own department’s arsenal. Sherriff Greg Ahern told NBC News that UAVs are “Very valuable to any tactical officer,” because they could aid in identifying everything from how a suspect is dressed to what avenues of escape are possible.

The topic of civilian internment camps in the United States has been largely dismissed as a paranoid “conspiracy theory” by the mainstream media. Recent legislation and newly uncovered government documents, however, reveal the sad truth: The United States is quickly descending into a full-blown authoritarian police state.

NDAA 2012: Patriot Act Part Two

On December 31, 2011, while the majority of Americans were busy watching balls drop and drinking themselves into oblivion, President Obama quietly signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012. This unprecedented legislation effectively codified the executive branch’s authority to indefinitely detain American citizens without trial, stripping them of their Constitutional right to due process and habeas corpus.

Under this legislation, if you are simply “suspected” of providing support to a group the government classifies as a terrorist organization—or an affiliate or associated force of said organization—you can be rounded up and detained until the end of the “War on Terror”—a war, according to policy makers, that has no end.

Over the course of this endless and prefabricated war, the government’s definition of “terrorist” has slowly shifted post 9/11 from Al Qaeda, a group of dubious power initially funded and supported by the CIA and the Pakistani ISI, to such “domestic terrorists” as Occupy Wall Street protestors, pro-life advocates and Ron Paul supporters. When the FBI set-up a band of dimwitted “anarchist” patsies to plant a fake bomb on a bridge, it became blatantly clear who the government now sees as the true enemy of the state. This has been the FBI’s modus operandi for quite some time.

The default argument against the existence of internment camps designed for Americans has always been that the United States government would never put its own citizens in prison camps–couldn’t happen. It’s unfortunate how quickly some people are willing to forget that our government has already done exactly that; during World War II, citizens of Japanese descent were rounded up and locked away, just for being of a certain ancestry. Now the question becomes: Would they do it again? Unfortunately, the answer seems to be “yes.”

A U.S. Army field manual, FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations, has been leaked to Public Intelligence that outlines in vivid detail exactly how these civilian internment camps are to be run.

Martial Law In America

This disturbing 326-page document is intended to provide guidance for commanders and staff on internment and resettlement (I/R) operations in order to effectively deal with I/R populations, including U.S. military prisoners, civilian internees, retained personnel and enemy combatants.

In the event of a “military or civil conflict” or “natural or man-made disaster,” the U.S. Army is to partner with both international and domestic agencies, including the United Nations, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA to support these I/R operations.

This field manual comes to light, coincidentally, just a few weeks after it was revealed that DHS and ICE are stocking up on several hundred million rounds of hollow point ammunition.

While the military undoubtedly has contingency plans for numerous war-time scenarios with and in foreign nations, this document reveals that these I/R facilities can be established within the United States. In section 2-40 of the manual, it states: The I/R tasks performed in support of civil support operations are similar to those during combat operations, but the techniques and procedures are modified based on the special OE associated with operating within U.S. territory and according to the categories of individuals (primarily DCs) to be housed in I/R facilities.

Currently, U.S. citizens are protected from the military enforcing civilian laws within the United States or its territories thanks to the Posse Comitatus Act. However, given Obama’s willingness to usurp Constitutional protections at the drop of a helmet, I’m not holding my breath that a second Obama term or another puppet administration won’t attempt to overturn Posse Comitatus in the future. It certainly wouldn’t be the first time.

While the passing of the National Defense Authorization Act 2012 was a dark day in American history, the methods of human control, discipline and degradation outlined in this official field manual go beyond the pale. We’ll touch on a few of the more egregious examples of the unconstitutional, liberty-stripping language contained within FM 3-39.40, but we encourage you to read the document for yourself here to get a full picture.

Inside the Camps

Complete with razor wire, guard towers, maximum security areas with individual cells and patrol roads, it is clear these civilian internment camps are not designed to merely protect displaced citizens from “natural or man-made disaster[s]”.

Once captured,soldiers working at the camps are to “process detainees using the ‘search, silence, segregate, speed, safeguard and tag (5 Ss and T)’ technique.” The most concerning of these is “silence.” Soldiers manning the camps must “prevent detainees from communicating with one another or making audible clamor such as chanting, singing or praying.” The soldiers are also to “silence uncooperative detainees by muffling them with a soft, clean cloth tied around their mouths and fastened at the back of their heads.” It goes even further:

6-16 Military police must not speak to detainees except to give orders or directions. Do not let detainees talk to or signal each other during the processing phase at any echelon. This prevents them from plotting ways to counter security, planning escapes, or orchestrating other undesirable activities. Detainees who refuse to be silent may require a muffle (an item used to prevent speech or outcry without causing injury to the detainee, such as cloth) in certain tactical situations. If it is suggested that this document is merely a contingency plan to deal effectively with a natural disaster, these barbarous tactics of control surely indicate otherwise. To make matters even more sinister, you will be outfitted with your very own “Detainee Identification Band” and issued an “Internment Serial Number.”

Civilian Internees essentially have zero rights once in military detention, and since the government is now in the business of classifying activists and protestors as potential national security threats, it only makes sense for them to attempt to not only silence dissidents, but re-educate them as well.

It goes like this: PSYOP officers “assist the military police force in controlling detainees and DCs” as well as “introduce detainees or DCs to U.S. and multinational policy.” These “PSYOP officers” are also trained to “develop PSYOP products that are designed to pacify and acclimate detainees or DCs to accept U.S. I/R facility authority and regulations”, “identify political activists”, and “plan and execute a PSYOP program that produces an understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions.”

So, if you are forced into one of these camps with the belief that waging extrajudicial wars against sovereign nations without congressional approval is illegal and morally reprehensible, the PSYOP team at Camp FEMA will be happy to instruct you otherwise.

Furthermore, given the military’s vast creativity in developing so-called non violent weapons, the mind boggles at what “PSYOP products” they have in store for these I/R camps.

You will also be subject to state sponsored strip searches, forced immunizations, food rationing, and labor requirements. Step out of line? Section 6-99 informs us that:

If necessary, the military police commander or appointed officer can initiate general court-martial proceedings against detainees.

Basically, once detained, you can expect to have nearly every facet of your existence controlled and dictated by military forces. From food, clothing and money to recreation, labor, and health care, you are effectively a slave of the new American police state.

The following quote from section 6-10, sums up the entirety of American foreign policy: Detainees are treated humanely and as EPWs until their status is determined according to DOD policy.

Homeland Security: Pretty Much All Bodily Movement is an Indicator of Potential Terrorism

If you thought the criteria for suspicious activity in terms of potential terrorism couldn’t get any more broad and ludicrous, prepare to be taken aback.

The culture of citizen spying and pervasive paranoia in the United States is getting to the point of patent absurdity, yet somehow many American nonsensically seem to continue to treat it as gospel.

According to a document entitled “Terrorism Awareness and Prevention: Participant Guide” distributed by the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security Preparedness (which you can see embedded below), almost every single action should be treated as suspicious.

These include glances, wide open eyes, cold penetrating stares, trance-like gazes, exaggerated yawning when engaged in conversation, protruding or beating neck arteries, repetitive touching of face, tugging on or covering ears, increased breathing rate, panting, excessive fidgeting, clock watching, head turning, pacing or jumpiness, trembling, unusual perspiration, goose bumps, and/or rigid posture with minimal body movements and arms close to sides.

In other words, if you’re late for something or in a rush (“excessive fidgeting, clock watching”), you might be a terrorist. If you’ve been exercising (“increased breathing rate, panting,” “protruding or beating neck arteries”), you might be a terrorist.

On the other hand, if you’re tired (“trance-like gaze,” “exaggerated yawning”) you also might be a terrorist. Yet, if you’re energetic or perhaps drank too much coffee (“wide open ‘flashbulb eyes,’” “pacing or jumpy,” “trembling,” “unusual perspiration,” “excessive fidgeting”), you might also be a terrorist.

You’d better not be too energetic, too tired, in a rush, plagued by a wide range of medical conditions, returning from exercise, or generally display almost any bodily behaviors as someone might consider you a suspicious person and report you for possible terrorist activity.

But it doesn’t stop there! Other suspicious activities when it comes to vehicles are “unusual behavior,” which is undefined and could mean just about anything, “signs of fear or stress,” or “refusal or disregard of directions.” It gets even more insane when they go over signs which make a vehicle itself suspicious. These include, “Unusual items clearly visible inside or attached to the outside [of the vehicle],” “stopped or parked in strange or out-of-place locations,” “parked close to agency assets such as terminals, rail lines and bridges,” “missing or altered license plates,” “visibly overloaded or sagging.” This means that the ultimate potential terrorist might be someone who has a brand new truck with temporary tags overloaded with paint removal equipment or anything else “unusual” or with an off-road driving kit on the outside who happens to be stopped in an “out-of-place” location, perhaps in order to go hiking, or maybe parked near a bridge, perhaps to remove graffiti.

Keep in mind that I – and I’m sure most other thinking people – could come up with hundreds of different situations that fit all of the above criteria yet are wholly innocuous. Also, any “unexpected mail from a foreign country” should be treated as suspicious, along with any packages with restrictive markings like “personal or confidential” and anything which is “poorly printed” with “excessive tape or string” and “misspelled names,” among other laughable indicators of suspiciousness.

Continuing on with some ridiculous examples of “suspicious activity” are people who are “drawing or taking pictures in areas not normally of interest,” “taking notes or annotating maps,” or even just “sitting in a parked vehicle.” Some choice tools used by terrorists for surveillance, according to the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security, are: “Cameras – video, still or panoramic,” “laptop computers or PDA’s (Personal Data Assistants),” “diagrams or maps,” “binoculars or other vision-enhancing devices,” and “GPS (Global Positioning System) Devices.”

Apparently, the government even considers “Staring or quickly looking away from personnel” and “Vehicles entering parking areas or leaving designated facilities” to be indicators of possible terrorist activity. The document encourages people to report everything they see and they make a point of emphasizing that, “Staying alert is NOT paranoia.”

Contrary to all of the information they give previously, they claim, “No one is asking for block wardens who log every activity in their neighborhood or workplace. No one wants you to spy on people. This isn’t about informing on ‘disloyal’ Americans or people who are ‘different’ or don’t fit in.” That is, of course, unless you display any of the massive list of behaviors which marks you as a possible terrorist.

Hilariously, they even claim that if a UPS truck drives down a street three times during the holidays and they have several delivery trucks making different deliveries, it might be a terrorist. They cite Timothy McVeigh who allegedly rented a truck to carry out the Oklahoma City bombing, even though McVeigh’s vehicle was allegedly a rented Ryder truck, not a UPS truck which is not available for public rental.

So, if you’re lost or trying to find a parking spot in a truck, you’d better be aware of the fact that someone might report you as a potential terrorist. With this culture of voluntary surveillance expanding into the world of smartphones, it will only be easier for the government to encourage people to report any and all activity as suspicious and potential indicators of terrorism. If you come across similarly ludicrous guidelines and recommendations, please do not hesitate to send them my way so I can cover them.

Ruger Stops Accepting Firearms Orders Citing Backlog Of 1 Million Orders In Q1

Just days ago news hit wires that the Department of Homeland Security had entered a contract to purchase 450 million rounds of .40 Caliber ammunition, which is more than one bullet for every man, woman and child in the United States.

ATK has secured a major Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity deal to supply up to 450 million rounds of .40 caliber ammunition to the Department of Homeland Security. The 1 year contract with four option years comes at a time when many Americans believe that DHS, along with certain aspects of the military, will soon turn their sights on the American people during some sort of martial law scenario.

That report was quickly followed by reports that the government is buying out all ammunition from military surplus stores who have reportedly been instructed to cease sales of ammunition to the public. Now the famous firearm manufacturer Ruger has announced they are ceasing sales of firearms claiming they have been hit with a massive 1 million orders in January and February alone. Here is the official statement from Ruger:

"Despite the Company’s continuing successful efforts to increase production rates, the incoming order rate exceeds our capacity to rapidly fulfill these orders. Consequently, the Company has temporarily suspended the acceptance of new orders."
