Systematic Population Reduction of the American People Has Begun

The Common Sense Show
by Dave Hodges

Most agree that the globalists must perpetrate a false flag event on an unprecedented scale in order to consolidated centralized power on the road to a tyrannical one world government.

What Form Will the Impending False Flag Take?

Are the globalists going to release pandemics and perpetrate a major health crisis? Are they going to start WWIII? Will they simulate an alien invasion using holographic technology in order to perpetrate a consolidation of power against the bogus threat in the spirit of Operation Blue Beam? Will they perpetuate a civil war in which they feel they can crush most patriot opposition at one time through gun confiscation, internet takeover and the introduction of extreme food shortages which will lead to massive food riots and internal strife?

Food As a Weapon

I believe we are witnessing the introduction of the latter strategy as a means to centrally and globally consolidate power. Gun ownership and the continuance of the free internet is also under attack. However, the gun and internet debates are merely agitators in support of the grand strategy because the centerpiece of this attack upon the American people will be the introduction of food shortages.

Market conditions, through an ever-increasing decline on the value of the dollar, is causing a spike in fuel prices. A spike in fuel prices makes it considerably more expensive to ship our 3,000 mile salads. Basic food staple prices have more than doubled in the past year. Retailers have responded with smaller packages in order to hide the dramatic increase in price and the beautiful thing for the globalists’ plans is that they merely have to sit back and let market conditions take over. As a result, we are witnessing the beginning of using food as a weapon against the American people. Couple this fact with the obvious agitation of using the attack on gun ownership and the free internet, you will soon see one pissed off nation ready to take to the streets and that is what TPTB want you to do. Even the most of ardent of sheeple will soon be anti-government and many will take to the streets in an attempt to reclaim what is being taken. And what parent will not fight when their young children are starving to death? Do not take to the streets. Read the following and act accordingly and you will soon drop any pretense of participating in a successful civil war against the globalists who have hijacked our government.

The National Defense Preparedness Act

The best predictor of future happenings is present behavior. In order to validate the logic of the fact that the globalists are going to use food as a weapon against the American and that assault is already underway, one has to look no further than The National Defense Preparedness Act. Obama issued this Executive Order for a reason. At the time he issued the EO, the content of the order made no sense within the context of contemporary events. However, if one looks at the aspect of a greatly devalued dollar, due to the decline in the value of the Petrodollar, and the resulting escalation of food prices, the EO now makes perfect sense.

Through the National Defense Preparedness Act, Obama is following in the footsteps of Hitler and Stalin and we should all be worried, very worried.

This enables the President, solely based upon his own authority, to declare peacetime martial law which is tantamount to the establishment of an indefinite dictatorship. Also, the intent behind the Obama EO must be considered within the context of the times that we presently live in. To that point, Eric Holder, on behalf of President Obama, is asserting the power to assassinate Americans, anytime, anywhere, for any reason or for no reason, whatsoever. Further, President Obama is asserting the power to kidnap and indefinitely imprison Americans without a trial under the NDAA. Finally, the Department of the Defense, operating under the ultimate authority of President Obama, is asserting the power to label legitimate protesting as an act of terrorism.

Hitler proclaimed that food could be used as a tool “…to discipline the masses” and he did not hesitate to use the control of food as a type of carrot and stick in which he would reward accomplishment and punish failure as well as to ferment preferential class distinctions in which his armed forces received the largest food ration cards. Skilled workers who were engaged in industries critical to the building of the German war machine, received food ration cards which were slightly less in value. And, finally, the prisoners and the Jews received the lowest valued Nazi food ration cards. Food ration cards were also utilized as incentives to increase industrial production and were also increased in value when productive Nazi workers would be promoted. Food ration cards were diminished in value for the failure to meet Nazi production goals. Hitler’s use of what psychologists refer to as classical conditioning techniques reduced the will of the German population to a pack of Pavlovian dogs who were conditioned to be totally dependent upon the government for their survival.

In the not so distant past, Somalia thug, Farah Aideed, systematically starved his people into submission as a brutal civil war raged in both Darfur and Rwanda where the Islamic regimes sought the annihilation of ‘infidels’ and the use of food was one of the primary weapons designed to force compliance. And of course, Pol Pot, Castro and Mao all used food deprivation to quarantine their political opposition and exact absolute allegiance to their respective dictatorial regimes.

Historical Precedent for the Use of Food As A Weapon Against the American People

Few people realize that the use of food by the U.S. government has been a matter of official U.S. governmental covert policy since 1974-1975.

In December, 1974, National Security Council directed by Henry Kissinger completed a classified study entitled, “National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.” The study was based upon the unproven claims that population growth in Lesser Developed Countries (LDC) constituted a serious risk to America’s national security.

In November 1975 President Ford, based upon the tenets of NSSM 200 outlined a classified plan to forcibly reduce population growth in LDC countries through birth control, war and famine. Ford’s new national security adviser, Brent Scowcroft, in conjunction with CIA Director, George H. W. Bush, were tasked with implementing the plan and the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture assisted in the implementation of these insane genocidal plans.

NSSM 200 formally raised the question, “Would food be considered an instrument of national power? … Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can’t/won’t control their population growth?” Kissinger has answered these questions when he stated that he was predicting a series of contrived famines, created by mandatory programs and this would make exclusive reliance on birth control programs unnecessary in this modern day application of eugenics in a scheme that would allow Henry to have his cake and eat it too in that the world would finally be rid of the “useless eaters!”

Third world population control, using food as one of the primary weapons, has long been a matter of official covert national policy and a portion of President Obama’s Executive Order (EO), National Defense Resources Preparedness is a continuation of that policy. Only now, the intended target are not the Least Developed Countries but instead, the American people are now being targeted.

If Americans Are Not A Target for Starvation, Then Explain the Following

With the stroke of his pen, President Obama has total and absolute control over all food where his EO states:

e) “Food resources” means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption. “Food resources” also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product.

(f) “Food resource facilities” means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm), and other facilities required for the production, processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food resources, and for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer…”

This unconstitutional EO is particularly disturbing in that it clearly states that the government has control over anything that is “capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals…” If you thought that you and Fido were going to get through coming food crisis by storing and consuming dog food, think again.

How will farmers maintain the nation’s food supply when all fertilizer, their farm equipment and all of their vehicles are under the control of this sociopathic President or the next power-hungry President?

The term “all food storage facilities” includes your refrigerator, your pantry and even the very food in your cabinets as well as what is on your kitchen table. In short, anywhere you keep food is now under the control of the government and can be redistributed and/or confiscated.

Have you recently been scratching your head in bewilderment as you watch on the news as the Amish have had their farms raided, raw milk producers have been jailed and the kids running lemonade stands have been shut down and ticketed? Now you know why these abuses are being perpetrated by the government in that it represents a mere conditioning process designed to get all U.S. citizens used to the idea that the government owns all food and food production. Welcome to The Hunger Games.

The most clever aspect of this EO is that no overt Hegelian Dialectic (i.e., false flag event) is needed as a pretense to seize food and imperil survivability. Section 201(b) of the Obama EO clearly states that this EO is enforceable under both emergency and non-emergency conditions.”

Even Ray Charles could see that Obama is setting the table to take his place among Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, Castro and Mao as another despot in the long line of tyrannical leaders who would grant themselves the authority to subjugate the masses by using food as a weapon. Americans desperately need to look at history in order to understand what happens every time the people of a government allows the government to control its food supplies and farms. The answer is that the effect is the same as when the people of a country allows its government to seize their guns, It always results in GENOCIDE, 100% of the time. It was with great forethought that the title of this article reads in part “…systematic population reduction…”

In hindsight, I have often wondered how prophetic was Obama’s campaign speech when he promised to fundamentally transform America? This was actually one campaign promise that Obama is trying to keep. NSSM 200 has come full circle, but in this case, it is specifically aimed at the American people. History show us that Socialists, Communists, Islamists and Marxists, use food and the production of food as a weapon against their own people in order to solidify power and control. Hitler himself said that using food as a weapon was “a beautiful instrument . . . for maneuvering and disciplining the masses.”

If Obama is not going to use food as a weapon, then explain why Obama has set himself up, or his successor, for using food as a weapon against the American people.

History Speaks and Americans Should Listen

The Enabling Act permitted the German cabinet to enact previously prohibited legislation, which included laws which clearly deviated from and profoundly altered the meaning of the German constitution. As with Obama’s unconstitutional actions, this was accomplished without the consent of the Reichstag. Within the parameters of the Enabling Act, the Nazis created “Special Courts” to punish political dissent in a strikingly similar manner identified in the Obama sponsored NDAA and its predecessor, The Military Commissions Act, as well as a number of declarations and proclamations referenced in the previous paragraphs. Also contained in the Enabling Act was a series of civil laws that barred special groups of people (e.g. Jews) from holding civil service positions as well as jobs in the legal, medical and teaching professions. I have written on the new fad term that the government is using to label legitimate political dissent and that term is sovereign citizen. Labeling a dissenter as a sovereign citizen allows the government to marginalize protestors and invoke the use of the NDAA as well as employ drone strikes against pockets of resistance. Seriously, do you really think that these legislatively provisions and draconian EO’s aren’t being enacted with a clear and specific intent?

Can We Effectively Respond?

Anything that can delay the mass implementation of these policies is a victory for the people against this tyrannical government. I believe that the globalists have invoked a very risky strategy. They may be able win a civil war from a military point of view. However, if the people refuse to give in and commence the globalist inspired civil war, their strategy is imperiled. The longer it takes to subjugate the American people by using food and political agitation as a tool to ferment conflict, the more of the enforcement apparatus of the globalists will find that they and their families will fall victims to the same plot just the same as the people from which they are tasked with confronting. Starvation could prove to a great unifier for the American people.

The first order of business is for the people, regardless of any future executive decrees, lies in the immediate need to become food self-sufficient. Begin to grow your food right now. Barb Peterson has a great prescription of how to garden indoors in cold weather climates. Also, begin to store food, right now. This includes storing water along with the chemicals to preserve it. In the upcoming days, you will need supplies that you have not accounted for. Therefore, you better reach across the fence and shake your neighbor’s hand. You will need each other. Your new found friendships includes educating your neighbors as to the perilous times that we have entered. You will not reach everyone, but collectively, with one mind and one spirit, we can reach enough of our fellow citizens to make a difference. Remember, our goal is not win an outright victory, it is to survive by delaying the effectiveness of the enforcement mechanisms of the globalists which will fragment and begin to disintegrate if their plans of domination do not stick to the timetable.

Begin to take articles like these and the hundreds of articles published every day and start circulating them to your email lists, like there is no tomorrow, because we do not have a lot of tomorrows unless we begin to prepare to survive. Remember, above all else,we do not have to win a military confrontation. Thanks to the former Viet Cong, we simply know that we only have to outlast the opposition. Reaching out to our neighbors is key. A newfound spirit of humanity is our best friend. History is indeed a good teacher.

Our new found spirit of brotherhood could prove to be our salvation. We need each other! Get to work NOW!

The 'Robocop' headset that lets police see through walls and identify suspects just by LOOKING at them

Daily Mail

A headset computer promises to give police officers and other emergency services Robocop-like abilities.

The Golden-i device, similar to the Glass project being developed by Google, offers the ability to see through walls thanks to infrared technology.

It is operated by voice commands and head movements and allows the wearer to access vital information without using their hands.

Golden-i has been developed by U.S. company Kopin Corporation, but software solutions tailored to police, firefighters and paramedics have been created by Nottinghamshire-based firm Ikanos Consulting.

It was shown off at the CES 2013 show in Las Vegas last month, although the firm says it is 'too early' to give a price.

It is set to be trialled this year, and could go on sale before Google's Glass project, which is a far more compact headset the search giant also plans to release this year. The Police Pro application provides real-time situational awareness in the field by allowing officers to record incidents for later analysis and view live video feeds from other Golden-i headsets.

The system can also identify suspects using facial recognition, receive alerts from motion sensors, scan licence plates instantly, monitor basic vital signs and call up floor plans and GPS coordinates.

The Firefighter Pro application allows firefighters to call up floor plans and GPS coordinates, see through walls using infrared technology, monitor crew and surroundings, navigate through unknown environments and provide on-site video streaming.

The Paramedic Pro application allows first responders and paramedics to share multiple video and data feeds over a private network, enabling critical information to be shared instantly across multiple devices, improving decision making and safety. They can also access medical records, stream live video, discuss options with associates and view maps or use GPS.

Office workers can also benefit from the technology with the Ikanos-created Lifeboard application. This system enables you to customise up to 6 different screens to meet personal working preferences and manage your day.

The Golden-i unit features an inertially stabilised 14-megapixel camera with optional infrared camera for thermal and night vision.

A 1080 HD detachable camera for recording or sending real-time video can also be added.

Selected Golden-i devices come pre-loaded with a set of core Gi-OS applications, including E-mail Center, Ask Ziggy, Web Browser and File Explorer. The Golden-i platform will continue to evolve as the developer community works together to build voice-controlled augmented reality applications for Golden-i. The Golden-i hardware and software developer kit is expected be released by the summer, while a consumer version is slated for later in the year.

Mentally ill roundup plan after train pushes
by JAMIE SCHRAM and LARRY CELONA

The city is making a major push to sweep the streets of dangerous, mentally ill New Yorkers — and has even compiled a most-wanted list, The Post has learned.

The measure follows a pair of high-profile subway-shove fatalities from December allegedly involving mentally ill individuals.

The city has already drawn up a list of 25 targets, sources said.

“After the Queens subway attack [of immigrant Sunando Sen], the [city] decided to take a proactive approach to track down the most dangerous mental-health patients that currently have mental-hygiene warrants” out for them, a law-enforcement source said.

Those warrants mean that the patients are not wanted for a crime but instead are being sought because they are not getting their court-ordered treatment.

There are a handful of cops assigned to the detail, which began working in the past few weeks, the source said.

Cops in the NYPD’s Real Time Crime Center are using high-tech methods to first track down the individuals, and detectives on the street have been assigned to then go after them and take them to hospitals, law-enforcement sources said.

In the past, the city Department of Health would ask cops for help finding mentally ill people who aren’t taking their court-mandated meds so they could be taken to clinics. But that only applied to those who had known addresses — and patients who went off the grid were rarely pursued, the sources said.

The city is now concerned it could be liable if one of those people goes off the rails and hurts someone — or themselves, the sources said.

And that’s prompted the Health Department to seek more help from the NYPD. These patients could, of course, be dangerous, health officials noted.

Now, “you have a family member who goes to the Department of Health and gives them the information. Then they go to the Police Department, and together, the DOH person and the police go out and try to track down these people,” said a city official. “They’re just trying to get these people help.”

“All of these patients are receiving treatment for mental-health conditions,” said Department of Health spokesman Sam Miller. “If they do not receive sustained treatment . . . they could pose some risk to themselves, family members or others.”

But tracking them down won’t be easy. “There’s no rhyme or reason to their craziness,” said a law-enforcement source.

“You might find yourself looking all over the place for one of these kooks who rides the subway back and forth.”Such craziness includes homeless man Naeem Davis’ alleged Dec. 3 fatal subway push of a Queens father — Davis has claimed voices guided his deadly act — and the horrifying shove of Sen allegedly by accused Muslim-hating maniac Erika Menendez.

Menendez told The Post in a rambling jailhouse interview that she likely would not have killed the hard-working man had she smoked weed that day — she uses it to self-medicate for bipolar disorder.

She also has allegedly told authorities that she killed Sen, a Hindu, because of 9/11 — not because so many people died, but because of the destruction of the buildings.

She has been found fit to stand trial.

DHS Watchdog OKs ‘Suspicionless’ Seizure of Electronic Devices Along Border

WIRED
By David Kravets

The Department of Homeland Security’s civil rights watchdog has concluded that travelers along the nation’s borders may have their electronics seized and the contents of those devices examined for any reason whatsoever — all in the name of national security.

The DHS, which secures the nation’s border, in 2009 announced that it would conduct a “Civil Liberties Impact Assessment” of its suspicionless search-and-seizure policy pertaining to electronic devices “within 120 days.” More than three years later, the DHS office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties published a two-page executive summary of its findings.

“We also conclude that imposing a requirement that officers have reasonable suspicion in order to conduct a border search of an electronic device would be operationally harmful without concomitant civil rights/civil liberties benefits,” the executive summary said.

The memo highlights the friction between today’s reality that electronic devices have become virtual extensions of ourselves housing everything from e-mail to instant-message chats to photos and our papers and effects — juxtaposed against the government’s stated quest for national security.

The President George W. Bush administration first announced the suspicionless, electronics search rules in 2008. The President Barack Obama administration followed up with virtually the same rules a year later. Between 2008 and 2010, 6,500 persons had their electronic devices searched along the U.S. border, according to DHS data.

According to legal precedent, the Fourth Amendment — the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures — does not apply along the border. By the way, the government contends the Fourth-Amendment-Free Zone stretches 100 miles inland from the nation’s actual border.

Civil rights groups like the American Civil Liberties Union suggest that “reasonable suspicion” should be the rule, at a minimum, despite that being a lower standard than required by the Fourth Amendment.

“There should be a reasonable, articulate reason why the search of our electronic devices could lead to evidence of a crime,” Catherine Crump, an ACLU staff attorney, said in a telephone interview. “That’s a low threshold.”

The DHS watchdog’s conclusion isn’t surprising, as the DHS is taking that position in litigation in which the ACLU is challenging the suspicionless, electronic-device searches and seizures along the nation’s borders. But that conclusion nevertheless is alarming considering it came from the DHS civil rights watchdog, which maintains its mission is “promoting respect for civil rights and civil liberties.”

“This is a civil liberties watchdog office. If it is doing its job property, it is supposed to objectively evaluate. It has the power to recommend safeguards to safeguard Americans’ rights,” Crump said. “The office has not done that and the public has the right to know why.”

Toward that goal, the ACLU on Friday filed a Freedom of Information Act request demanding to see the full report that the executive summary discusses.

Meantime, a lawsuit the ACLU brought on the issue concerns a New York man whose laptop was seized along the Canadian border in 2010 and returned 11 days later after his attorney complained.

At an Amtrak inspection point, Pascal Abidor showed his U.S. passport to a federal agent. He was ordered to move to the cafe car, where they removed his laptop from his luggage and “ordered Mr. Abidor to enter his password,” according to the lawsuit.

Agents asked him about pictures they found on his laptop, which included Hamas and Hezbollah rallies. He explained that he was earning a doctoral degree at a Canadian university on the topic of the modern history of Shiites in Lebanon.

He was handcuffed and then jailed for three hours while the authorities looked through his computer while numerous agents questioned him, according to the suit, which is pending in New York federal court.

Where home is a metal cage: How tens of thousands of Hong Kong's poorest are forced to live in 6ft by 2ft rabbit hutches

Daily Mail
By NICK ENOCH

For many of the richest people in Hong Kong, one of Asia's wealthiest cities, home is a mansion with an expansive view from the heights of Victoria Peak.

For some of the poorest, like Leung Cho-yin, home is a metal cage.

The 67-year-old former butcher pays 1,300 Hong Kong dollars (£105) a month for one of about a dozen wire mesh cages resembling rabbit hutches crammed into a dilapidated apartment in a gritty, working-class West Kowloon neighborhood. Home to tens of thousands, such cages - stacked on top of each other - measure 6ft by 2.5ft.

To keep bedbugs away, Leung and his roommates put thin pads, bamboo mats, even old linoleum on their cages' wooden planks instead of mattresses.

'I've been bitten so much I'm used to it,' said Leung, rolling up the sleeve of his oversized blue fleece jacket to reveal a red mark on his hand.

'There's nothing you can do about it. I've got to live here. I've got to survive,' he said as he let out a phlegmy cough.

Some 100,000 people in the former British colony live in what's known as inadequate housing, according to the Society for Community Organization, a social welfare group.

The category also includes apartments subdivided into tiny cubicles or filled with coffin-sized wood and metal sleeping compartments as well as rooftop shacks.

They're a grim counterpoint to the southern Chinese city's renowned material affluence.

Forced by skyrocketing housing prices to live in cramped, dirty and unsafe conditions, their plight also highlights one of the biggest headaches facing Hong Kong's unpopular Beijing-backed leader: growing public rage over the city's housing crisis.

Leung Chun-ying took office as Hong Kong's chief executive in July pledging to provide more affordable housing in a bid to cool the anger.

Home prices rose 23 per cent in the first 10 months of 2012 and have doubled since bottoming out in 2008 during the global financial crisis, the International Monetary Fund said in a report last month. Rents have followed a similar trajectory. The soaring costs are putting decent homes out of reach of a large portion of the population while stoking resentment of the government, which controls all land for development, and a coterie of wealthy property developers.

'There's nothing you can do about it. I've got to live here. I've got to survive.' - Leung Cho-yin, 67

Housing costs have been fuelled by easy credit thanks to ultralow interest rates that policymakers can't raise because the currency is pegged to the dollar. Money flooding in from mainland Chinese and foreign investors looking for higher returns has exacerbated the rise.

In his inaugural policy speech in January, the chief executive said the inability of the middle class to buy homes posed a threat to social stability and promised to make it a priority to tackle the housing shortage.

'Many families have to move into smaller or older flats, or even factory buildings,' he said.

'Cramped living space in cage homes, cubicle apartments and sub-divided flats has become the reluctant choice for tens of thousands of Hong Kong people,' he added, as he unveiled plans to boost supply of public housing in the medium term from its current level of 15,000 apartments a year.

His comments mark a distinct shift from predecessor Donald Tsang, who ignored the problem.

Legislators and activists, however, slammed Leung for a lack of measures to boost the supply in the short term. Some 210,000 people are on the waiting list for public housing, about double from 2006.

About a third of Hong Kong's 7.1 million population lives in public rental flats. When apartments bought with government subsidies are included, the figure rises to nearly half.

Anger over housing prices is a common theme in increasingly frequent anti-government protests.

Legislator Frederick Fung warns there will be more if the problem can't be solved. He compared the effect on the poor to a lab experiment.

'When we were in secondary school, we had some sort of experiment where we put many rats in a small box. They would bite each other,' said Fung.

'When living spaces are so congested, they would make people feel uneasy, desperate,' and angry at the government, he said.

Leung, the cage dweller, had little faith that the government could do anything to change the situation of people like him. 'There's too little space here. We can barely breathe' - Lee Tat-fong, 63

'It's not whether I believe him or not, but they always talk this way. What hope is there?' said Leung, who has been living in cage homes since he stopped working at a market stall after losing part of a finger 20 years ago.

With just a Grade 7 education, he was only able to find intermittent casual work.

He hasn't applied for public housing because he doesn't want to leave his roommates to live alone and expects to spend the rest of his life living in a cage.

His only income is HK$4,000 (£330) in government assistance each month. After paying his rent, he's left with $2,700 (£220), or about HK$90 (£7.40) a day.

'It's impossible for me to save,' said Leung, who never married and has no children to lean on for support.

Leung and his roommates, all of them single, elderly men, wash their clothes in a bucket. The bathroom facilities consist of two toilet stalls, one of them adjoining a squat toilet that doubles as a shower stall.

There is no kitchen, just a small room with a sink. The hallway walls have turned brown with dirt accumulated over the years. While cage homes, which sprang up in the 1950s to cater mostly to single men coming in from mainland China, are becoming rarer, other types of substandard housing such as cubicle apartments are growing as more families are pushed into poverty.

Nearly 1.19 million people were living in poverty in the first half of last year, up from 1.15 million in 2011, according to the Hong Kong Council Of Social Services.

There's no official poverty line but it's generally defined as half of the city's median income of HK$12,000 (£985) a month. Many poor residents have applied for public housing but face years of waiting. Nearly three-quarters of 500 low-income families questioned by Oxfam Hong Kong in a recent survey had been on the list for more than four years without being offered a flat.

Lee Tat-fong is one of those waiting. The 63-year-old is hoping she and her two grandchildren can get out of the cubicle apartment they share in their Wan Chai neighborhood, but she has no idea how long it will take.

Lee, who suffers from diabetes and back problems, takes care of Amy, nine, and Steven, 13, because their father has disappeared and their mother - her daughter - can't get a permit to come to Hong Kong from mainland China. An uncle occasionally lends a hand.

The three live in a 50sq ft room, one of seven created by subdividing an existing apartment.

A bunk bed takes up half the space, a cabinet most of the rest, leaving barely enough room to stand up in. The room is jammed with their possessions: plastic bags filled with clothes, an electric fan, Amy's stuffed animals, cooking utensils. 'There's too little space here. We can barely breathe,' said Lee, who shares the bottom bunk with her grandson.

They share the communal kitchen and two toilets with the other residents. Welfare pays their HK$3,500 (£285) monthly rent and the three get another HK$6,000 (£490) for living expenses but the money is never enough, especially with two growing children to feed.

Lee said the two often wanted to have McDonald's because they were still hungry after dinner, which on a recent night was meagre portions of rice, vegetables and meat.

The struggle to raise her two grandchildren in such conditions was wearing her out.

'It's exhausting,' she said. 'Sometimes I get so pent up with anger, and I cry but no one sees because I hide away.'

Extreme Weather Fluctuations as the Climate Reacts to Geoengineering

Geoengineering Watch
by Dane Wigington

What’s Wrong With The Weather?

Global geoengineering/weather modification programs are completely disrupting the planets natural weather patterns from top to bottom. The entire climate system is so totally out of balance at this point that it is swinging radically from one extreme to another. These massive fluctuations are being “forced” by the global climate/weather modification programs known as “solar radiation management” (SRM) and “stratospheric aerosol geoengineering” (SAG).

Adequate Precipitation, Or Colder Temperatures? Now, More Often Than Not, You Can’t Have Both, Thanks To Geoengineering

If one takes the time to examine the first NOAA map below,(temperature forecast) even without any meteorological experience, it is easy enough to recognize that there is extreme contrast. Temperature gradients should tear more from north to south, not from west to east.

The NOAA projected temperature map below is for the period from 2/10/13 to 2/14/13. The oranges to red colors with the letter “A” indicate “above” normal temperatures. The darker the color, the further above normal the temperatures are predicted to be. In this case, the darkest shaded areas would indicate a prediction in the 15 to 20 degree above “normal” range.

Toward the west/southwest US, a range of blue coloration (with the letter B for “below” normal) reflects far below average temperatures. In the darkest shaded areas these maps predict something in the 15 to 20 degree below average range.

The second map below reflects rainfall “predictions” (more accurately considered “scheduled” weather as virtually all the “weather modeling” maps for NOAA are now done by defense industry contractors like Raytheon, the same contractors conducting the geoengineering programs). The second map is for the same period as the first map. Again, areas with the “A” indicates a “prediction” of above normal rainfall. The darker the color, the further above normal. “B” is below normal rainfall. The darker the shaded area, the dryer it is “predicted” (scheduled) to be.

So How Is Geoengineering Effecting The “Forecast” Maps And The Weather?

Here is the important consideration between these maps, in general, the further above average the temperatures are, the more precipitation there will be. The lower the temps, the less precipitation there will be. At first glance this could seem straight forward enough. After all, the atmosphere does hold 7% more moisture for every degree of temperature rise, but that is not the full story any longer. The atmosphere is being completely saturated with toxic, reflective, desiccating geoengineering particulates, and the jet stream increasingly appears to be consistently manipulated with ionosphere heater installations. (See HAARP manipulates jet stream)

http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/smoking-gun-the-haarp-and-chemtrails-connection/#more-3859 The more the geoengineers spray to try and cool down the temperatures, the less it will rain, period. (The science is clear on this. Google “geoengineering reduces rainfall” , there are simply too many studies on this to link only one.) Add “artificial ice nucleation” to the spray mix and the precipitation appears to go down still further. “Artificial ice nucleation” is a chemical process that can produce colder weather/cloud temperatures and snow out of what should have been a rain storm at well above freezing temperatures. If the temps are already cold enough for snow, this same process can lower the temperatures even further, but at a cost, not much snow compared to historical norms.

There are, of course, exceptions to this when a very moisture laden storm system is ice nucleated, but the “snow” from such system “conversions” is “heavy wet snow”. This recent term coined by the Weather Channel describes the concrete-like “snow” that sticks like glue to trees and causes utter decimation to the forests. Broken and tipped over trees are everywhere in the Pacific Northwest from just such an “ice nucleated” storm in late December. The massive amount of heavy metals in these snow storms, tested at the state certified lab, proves our storms are being “seeded”. This “seeding” of artificial ice nucleating agents is accomplished by spray disbursement into the clouds of a weather system by jet aircraft.

Though the geoengineering programs can and do cool very expansive regions, there is a paradox, it comes at the cost of a worsened warming of the climate overall. The more they spray, the more they have to spray to cover up the damage already done. In addition, as already covered, the “engineered weather” comes at extreme cost to the environment as a whole. It is also important to consider there are likely many as of yet unknown aspects of the global spraying agenda.

The More They Spray, The Less It Will Rain Overall

So, as previously stated, in general, when excessive geoengineering chemical spraying is done to cool the temps down the precipitation goes down accordingly. The spraying can and does blot out the sun by the creation of very large scale upper level haze/cloud cover. When clouds are super saturated with toxic heavy metal and/or chemical particles of a very small size, (10 nanometer particles are specified as a preferred size by geoengineers and some geoengineering patents) then there are to many “condensation nuclei” for cloud droplets to combine and fall as rain. Storm clouds can be blown apart into an expansive, mostly rainless, and often featureless upper level canopy of haze, sometimes spanning immense distances (hundreds or even thousands of miles). Again, the blocking of sunlight and the effect of ice nucleating agents/particulates cools the air mass below the clouds but at the cost of reducing or even eliminating precipitation.

Conversely, if the spraying is reduced enough, total available condensation nuclei is reduced. This allows the cloud droplets to combine and fall as rain though the temperatures, then generally remain well above normal given the time of year and the region.

At this point, the atmosphere has been so devastated from the decades long geoenigneering programs, and so saturated with the toxic metal and chemical fall out from the constant spraying, there is virtually no completely “natural” weather.

In the case of the maps above, the “scheduled” weather would appear to be heavy spraying of incoming storm fronts as they pass across the west/southwest. The temps are thus “predicted to drop, with far below average precipitation. Once over the eastern half of the US, spraying will either be reduced or larger particulates could be used in the spraying and the moisture which was migrated across the west will come down in the east, perhaps in a deluge. Again, there are always unknown variables in the precarious realm of total weather manipulation.

What Is the Environmental Cost Of The Geoengineering?

This question can never be adequately answered, as the decimation to the planet and the entire web of life from 60 years of ever increasing weather modification with toxic spraying can never be quantified.

We now have massive global ozone destruction in the northern and southern hemispheres, mass extinction of plant and animal species (now estimated to be as high as 10,000 times background extinction rates), total disruption of natural weather patterns, and a complete toxification of our air, water, and soils. How long can life on Earth sustain this total assault?

Though humanity has damaged the biosphere on many fronts, all available data indicates that no single cause of environmental destruction even comes close to the total decimation being inflicted by geoengineering/chemtrails.

Geoengineering must be brought into the light of day, and it’s up to each and every one of us to get this done. Educate yourself on this issue. Arm yourself with credible data. A well thought out flyer and a copy of Michael Murphy’s “Why In The World Are They Spraying” can do wonders to wake up those that have so far kept their “head in the sand”. Once critical mass of awareness is reached, and those who actually carry out these programs realize that they are pulling the noose around their own neck along with the rest of us, we will have a chance at stopping these lethal spraying programs.

Futuristic handcuffs would administer shocks, drugs

CNet
by Chris Matyszcyk

A patent for next-generation handcuffs offers a future in which the detained can be zapped directly from their restraints, and even injected with a medication, sedative, irritant, paralytic, or other fine substance.

Sometimes an invention comes along that makes you excited about the future.

For a long time, it seems that handcuffs have been stuck in the movies of old. They restrain you, but, odd for our interactive world, that's all they seem to do.

Might I tempt you toward futuristic handcuffs that will offer you a small involuntary judder?

I am grateful to Gizmodo for discovering that Patent Bolt has lucked upon a patent that offers bound(less) excitement.

For these are handcuffs that offer surprises. Indeed, they might make the idea of being tased, bro, not quite so bad.

The patent is called "Apparatus and System For Augmented Detainee Restraint."

The augmentations it offers are truly quite something. You see, these handcuffs are "configured to administer electrical shocks when certain predetermined conditions occur."

These shocks might be "activated by internal control systems or by external controllers that transmit activation signals to the restraining device."

This progressive tool is the brainchild of Scottsdale Inventions.

And while you might be shocked or even excited by the idea of handcuffs with electric shock capabilities, might I move you further?

For Patent Bolt points out that this patent also allows for the idea of a substance delivery system. Yes, these handcuffs might also be used to, well, inject the detained with who knows what -- to achieve "any desired result." Clearly, the desires of the detained and the detainer might differ. Yet, this patent allows for the possibility of the substance being in the form of "a liquid, a gas, a dye, an irritant, a medication, a sedative, a transdermal medication or transdermal enhancers such as dimethyl sulfoxide, a chemical restraint, a paralytic, a medication prescribed to the detainee, and combinations thereof."

Yes, you really did read the word "paralytic."

Naturally, some will be wondering whether, as in fine restaurants, the arresting officer will ask whether the detained has any allergies.

Some might be concerned, though that -- at least theoretically -- this creation might put quite some power into the hands of those who might not always be lucid or learned enough to use that power wisely.
